Jennifer Polsky has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jennifer started their career at PRO Unlimited, Bluefin Labs, Inc. in 2011 as a Data Support Specialist, where they located and tagged brands, curated conversations on social media, and marked start and stop times for advertising pods. Jennifer worked in this role until joining Twitter in 2014 as a Data Support Specialist. At Twitter, they quantitatively analyzed previously aired television and sporting events, collaborated with global teams, and served as a resource for answering questions and solving problems. In 2017, Jennifer joined Barton Associates Inc. as a Data Associate, where they worked until joining Crayon in 2017. At Crayon, they initially held the position of Senior Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Customer Support Manager in 2020.
Jennifer Polsky holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Northeastern University. Jennifer also obtained a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Eastern Connecticut State University and an Associate's Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Manchester Community College. In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer has completed several courses and programs, including the Google UX Design Specialization, SQL for Data Science, Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma, Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts, Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes, Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate, and Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design. Jennifer has also achieved fluency in intermediate-level Spanish through Duolingo and holds a Primary Group Exercise Certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
