Alexandra Micheelsen

Alexandra started their career in 2016 as a Backoffice Assistant at KlimaINVEST Green Concepts GmbH. Alexandra then worked as a Working Student at [BK] BETTINA KAHLAU - EXECUTIVE CONSULTING, where they were responsible for workshop preparations, development of training concepts, and head of online marketing. In 2018, Alexandra joined Crayon as a Data Analyst and later took on roles as an AI Advisor and Digital Strategy Advisor, focusing on large-scale digital transformation projects and AI solution development. Currently, they are a Team Lead Digital Strategy Advisory at Crayon, responsible for personnel management, driving the digital strategy agenda, and leading a cloud transformation project.

Alexandra Micheelsen completed their Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Industrial Engineering) at the University of Hamburg from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in the same field of study from the University of Hamburg between 2013 and 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Alexandra obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner qualification from Prosci, delivered by CMC Partnership Global, in 2023.
