Nina Theresa Janorschke has extensive experience in the field of human resources and has worked for multiple companies throughout their career. Nina Theresa started their career as a working student in Human Resources at Intel Deutschland GmbH in 2016, where they focused on learning and development. Nina Theresa then joined Novartis International AG in 2009, where they worked in various roles, including Human Resources for Novartis International. Nina Theresa also worked as a Human Resources Associate in the Group Integrity & Compliance department, where they were responsible for global compliance e-training evaluation and tracking. Later, they worked as a Human Resources for Novartis International in talent management.
