Tarmo Uba

Tarmo Uba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Crayon Estonia since January 2023, Tarmo previously held multiple leadership roles at Microsoft from March 2009 to June 2022, including Channel Sales Manager for the Small and Midsize Business segment in the Central and Eastern Europe Multi-Country region. Tarmo's earlier career includes leadership positions at EMT, where responsibilities encompassed consumer offerings and retail sales, and at BDG, overseeing film and video operations in the Baltics. Tarmo began the career in banking at Hansapank as Director of Bank Cards, focusing on the Estonian debit and credit cards market. Tarmo holds a BBA in Marketing and Foreign Trade from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and completed higher education in English at Mustamäe Gümnaasium.
