Andrea MacKay

Andrea MacKay has extensive experience in customer success and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Introhive since December 2018, Andrea has progressively held roles including Director of Strategic Success and Senior Director of Customer Success. Previous positions include Director of Customer Success and Director of Sales at Mobivity, and Director of Customer Success at LIVELENZ. Additionally, Andrea spent nearly a decade at Xerox Corporation in roles such as Solution Account Manager and Sales Executive. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Saint Mary's University.
