Izabela Bejm has over five years of work experience. Izabela started their career in 2014 as a Brand Ambassador for Philip Morris Polska Distribution Sp. z o.o. During this time, they conducted interviews with potential customers, provided information about new products, took care of the brand image, participated in away actions, and worked on music festivals.
In 2015, Izabela worked as a Sales Representative for Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna Sp Z O O. During this time, they actively sold products and services to the province Świętokrzyskie and Małopolskie, provided direct customer service, negotiated commercial terms, planned and implemented the company's strategy, and reported on every action.
From 2016 to 2017, Izabela was employed at Benhauer as a Sales Quality & Education Manager and Product Manager. In these roles, they actively sold the marketing automation system SALESmanago, implemented new Product Managers on the procedures and operation of the SALESmanago system, provided active help at meetings with clients and preparing sales offers, educated the sales department on new functionalities in the system, and verified Product Managers' work. Izabela was also responsible for the company's education materials.
Finally, Izabela worked as a Customer Success Manager and Partnership Manager at CrazyCall from 2017 to present. In this role, they have been responsible for cloud telephony for Call Centers & Sales Professionals that is accessible right within a browser, without any installation or complex billing. Izabela has also been responsible for organizing and managing sales, controlling the quality of calls, reducing costs, integrating and automating telesales campaigns, and increasing cold-call ROI and website conversions.
Izabela Bejm obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in the field of Komunikacja społeczna i dziennikarstwo from Jagiellonian University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Licencjat (Lic.) degree in the same field from Jagiellonian University between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from CallPage.io, Benhauer, and Grande Cru Sp. z o.o.
