Tad Guleserian

Tad Guleserian has extensive experience in the real estate, construction, and asset management industry. Tad is currently the Managing Director at CRC Companies, where they oversee the planning, design, engineering, construction, financing, operations, and asset management aspects of large assets. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Vice President - Public-Private Partnerships & Infrastructure at Hunt Companies, Inc., where they focused on the development, investment, management, and financing of real assets. Tad also worked as the Managing Director - Pinnacle Global Capital at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they managed international real estate investment, development, and management. In addition, Tad Guleserian held various roles at Clark Realty Capital, Duxbury Financial LLC (a subsidiary of Clark Realty Capital), RetailExchange.com (an affiliate of Gordon Brothers Group), Andersen Consulting (now Accenture plc), and Manufacturers Hanover / Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan). Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy consulting, business solutions development, investment banking, and real estate finance across various sectors including multifamily, hospitality/gaming, retail, office, and food service.

Tad Guleserian has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Harvard University. Tad also attended Belmont Hill School, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
