Jose Luiz Júnior

Jose Luiz Júnior has extensive experience in human resources management. Jose Luiz has held various roles in different companies, including Head of HR at CRC Evans, Executive HR Manager at Locent Technology, and Area Human Resources Manager/Regional Engagement Manager at Alcoa. Additionally, they have served as an HR Executive Manager at BBM Logística S/A, Head of HR at Recall, and Corporate HR Manager and Labor Relations Manager at Alicorp. Jose Luiz also worked as an HR Manager at FMC Corporation and Rumo. Prior to these roles, they served as a Human Resources Manager at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and Alcoa. Throughout their career, Jose has demonstrated skills in personnel management, employee relations, recruitment and selection, talent development, organizational development, and compliance with HR policies and laws.

Jose Luiz Júnior started their education in 1997 at FEI, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and completed their studies in 2000. In 2004, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Development. From 2008 to 2009, Jose attended BSP - Business School São Paulo, where they received training in Leadership Development. Jose Luiz then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Development at UFSCar - Alumni from 2009 to 2010. In 2013, Jose completed a Post MBA program in Management Training at FIA Business School.
