Cristina Varner

Cristina Varner, LUTCF, ARM, is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at CRC Insurance Services since January 2025, Cristina specializes in creating impactful branding strategies and enhancing client relationships. Previously, Cristina held several leadership roles at Newfront from July 2012 to January 2025, including Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of NewHER, an Employee Resource Group focused on diversity and inclusion. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, where Cristina specialized in life science insurance, and as Vice President at CRC Swett and Account Manager at ABD Insurance and Financial Services. Cristina is a San Francisco State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education.
