Amanda Coleman

Amanda Coleman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and operations management. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager for CRC Americas at CRC Industries since October 2017, Amanda leads a team of three while collaborating with various departments to enhance processes and policies. Previous roles include Regional Customer Service Team Lead at Barry Callebaut Group and Senior Operations Representative at AFN, where Amanda honed skills in account management, team leadership, and customer relationship building.
