Chasity Devasurendra

Chasity Devasurendra has extensive experience in operations and customer support within the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Operations at CRC Insurance Services since July 2018, Chasity's previous roles include Operations Analyst and Manager of Operations at the same company, as well as Regional Administration Manager at Regions Insurance. Prior to these positions, Chasity worked at Vertafore as a Senior Technical Account Manager and Customer Support Representative, focusing on client support for insurance software. Chasity's career began at Fidelity National Information Services as a Business Analyst, where responsibilities included implementing and supporting imaging software for financial institutions. Chasity holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Faulkner University and an Associate of Science in Business from Central Alabama Community College.
