Larissa R. is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Product Development Manager for Digital Solutions at CRC Insurance Services since November 2019. In this role, Larissa collaborates with brokers to enhance their needs through the development of a leading digital platform and works closely with an agile software development team to improve capabilities and data-driven outcomes. Prior to this position, Larissa held various roles at Burns & Wilcox from May 2013 to November 2019, including Commercial Lines Broker and Team Leader for the Commercial Lines Binding Unit, where a transition to commercial underwriting focused on renewal marketing and retention.
