Erin S. Bailey

Ms. Bailey has nearly 15 years of experience as a Sr. vocational rehabilitation consultant and vocational expert witness at CRC Services. In addition to being a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor, Ms. Bailey is a Diplomat of the American Board of Vocational Experts and a licensed rehabilitation counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Bailey is also a certified International Psychometric Evaluator. Ms. Bailey is requested by both plaintiff and defense bar to conduct vocational assessments and testify before the fact finder on matters of employability, wage earning capacity, vocational rehabilitation mitigation and job search diligence in workers' compensation, personal injury, employment law, medical malpractice and divorce matters. Ms. Bailey has been qualified as a vocational expert in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York.
