Buluba Mabelele

Buluba Mabelele has extensive experience in real estate and facility management, currently serving as Group Manager Real Estate and Facility Management at CRDB Bank Plc since May 2017. In this role, Buluba leads a team managing over 300 leases, construction projects, and vendor management while driving cost containment strategies. Prior positions include overseeing maintenance activities and managing construction projects as Group Manager Facilities Maintenance, and supervising the Collateral Risk Assessment unit. Buluba's career also includes roles at JASSIE&COMPANY LTD as Construction Project Coordinator, Mbogwe District Council and Mwanza City Council as Valuation Surveyor, and other valuation positions at Proper Consult LTD and Ardhi University. Buluba holds a BSc in Land Management and Valuation from Ardhi University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Supply Chain Management at the College of Business Education.
