Erick Kabuka

Erick Kabuka is a seasoned professional in credit risk management with over 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Credit Risk at CRDB Bank Plc since May 2020, Erick has a strong background that includes a role as Head of Wholesale Credit Governance, Policy, MI and Analytics at National Bank of Commerce from October 2010 to May 2020. In this capacity, responsibilities included reviewing the entire lending cycle, ensuring compliance with policies, designing remedial actions for operational gaps, and managing credit department audits. Erick also held positions as a Policy and Governance Consultant and Senior Associate at Deloitte from August 2008 to October 2010. Graduating from the University of Dar es Salaam in 2008 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Erick combines extensive analytical skills with a robust understanding of credit operations.
