Trizar Mosha

Trizar Mosha has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist at CRDB Bank Plc since March 2017. Prior to this role, Trizar held positions at Deloitte in Human Capital Advisory Services from November 2014 to February 2017, and as Group Human Resources Manager at Royal Oven (T) Ltd for a brief period in 2014. Trizar also led human resources initiatives as Head of Human Resources at Mobisol - Prepaid Energy from November 2013 to July 2014, focusing on recruitment alignment with company missions and employee engagement. Earlier experiences include serving as a Human Resource Advisor at Mwenge University College of Education from September 2010 to November 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Political Science from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
