Paul Guerrero

Paul Guerrero is a Senior Associate at Potomac Equities Realty Corp. since July 2020, where responsibilities include managing the lease process for clients, from the initial search to lease signing, as well as creating customized office space searches and negotiating leases. Additionally, Paul serves as a Teaching Assistant for CRE Analyst, aiding in preparing individuals for the commercial real estate market and fostering industry connections. Previously, Paul interned at Rothschild Real Estate Services, gaining insights into commercial real estate and earning a Texas Real Estate license. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University and has attended multiple institutions, including Oklahoma State University, The University of Texas at Austin, Red Rocks Community College, and Highland Park High School.
