Vishal Patekar is a Senior Analyst at CRE Matrix, specializing in real estate analytics with a focus on market studies and the tracking of premium deals across the MMR region, as well as quarterly analysis of residential market demand and supply. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Pvt Ltd. and an internship at RE/MAX, where Vishal contributed to marketing and sales efforts for major real estate developers, studying micro market trends.
