Arin Long

Arin Long has several years of experience in operations management and leadership development. From 2018 to 2023, they worked for Legrand, North America, holding various leadership positions where they managed over 100 employees, standardized processes, and managed inventory. They also worked as an INROADS Intern for Pratt & Whitney in 2016 and 2017, where they assisted with process flow mapping and gained skills in manufacturing engineering. Additionally, they worked as a Supplemental Instructor for North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2016, assisting in grading and teaching students how to operate machines. In 2015, Arin Long worked as an intern for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, performing experimental research, designing presentations, and working with professional chemists and engineers. Currently, they are a future operations consultant for Cre8tive Technology and Design beginning in 2023.

Arin Long received a high school diploma from Wayne High School in 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Long attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In February 2021, Long received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
