Belinda Hannah

Belinda Hannah has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Belinda began their career in 1992 at Cessna Aircraft Company, where they worked as a Forecaster, performing forecasting duties, maintaining retail pricing, and handling customer service responsibilities. In 1997, they joined BearingPoint, Inc. as a Sr. Management Analyst, where they were responsible for creating, editing, and redesigning business process models. Belinda also maintained and updated metrics while the CDM program transitioned.

In 2005, Belinda joined Leis Medical as an ERP Administrator, where they managed a project team for the successful implementation of the Vantage System. Belinda coordinated resources and provided training for end users. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Epicor as a Consultant, training and advising on core areas of the Epicor Software. Belinda worked with both small and large companies during this time.

Belinda joined Nova Technology Solutions in 2008 as a Sr. Application Specialist. In this role, they performed program management duties within a major program with the USAF. Belinda also acted as a liaison between the system integrator and the customer and was considered an ERP Subject Matter Expert.

From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Real Options LLC as a Principal, assisting commercial companies with the implementation and troubleshooting of Epicor Software. Belinda also conducted workshops on manufacturing, finance, and general business management. Belinda then joined Luxent in 2010 as a Sr. Consultant, where they assisted clients with implementations, business process reviews, and software process improvements.

In 2015, they joined Plante Moran as an Associate, providing full Epicor Software ERP implementation services. Belinda also offered project management expertise, training services, troubleshooting, and go-live support. Belinda'smost recent role is at Cre8tive Technology and Design, where they have been working as a Principal Business Consultant since 2017. Here, they provide implementation consulting services and advisory support to address manufacturing, customer relationship management, and supply chain needs.

Throughout their career, Belinda has developed expertise in ERP implementation, project management, business process mapping/re-engineering, training, troubleshooting, and software process improvements. Belinda has worked with various industries, including manufacturing, supply chain, and government programs.

Belinda Hannah obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Wright State University. Belinda attended the university from 1984 to 1991. In addition to their degree, Belinda also obtained various certifications. Belinda obtained a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS in May 2001. Furthermore, they obtained a Risk Management Education Certificate and a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Certificate from APICS in January 2016 and October 2016, respectively.
