Malcolm Paterson

Malcolm Paterson has over 20 years of experience in the vision care industry. Malcolm began their career in 2000 as Sales & Marketing Director at Tuna Ltd. Malcolm then moved to Phonak as Area Manager for the Mediterranean, Eastern Europe, and Africa in 2004. In the same year, they joined CIBA Vision as Regional Sales Director for the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Africa. In 2010, they became Commercial Director and Country Head Africa Middle East at ConvaTec Int. Services GmbH. From 2013 to 2016, they served as International Sales & Marketing Director and Business Development Director at Safilens. In 2017, they became Business Development at Trygonal Schweiz AG. In 2018, they were appointed Head of Sales and Marketing at Optimo Medical AG. In 2019, they joined Hoya Vision Care as a Consultant. Currently, they are Director of Vision Care at CREAL.

Malcolm Paterson holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Business Administration and Management, as well as a B. Sc. from Glasgow Caledonian University in Optometry.
