Eunike Lie has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eunike began their career as a Client Development and Representative at PT. Sukanda Djaya - Diamond Cold Storage in 2011, serving HORECA clients. Eunike then moved on to work as an HR Specialist at Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food in 2012.

In 2016, Eunike joined Crealytics and took on the role of Junior Campaign Manager, where they successfully managed a retail client's account and ensured budget efficiency. Eunike then progressed to become a PPC - Digital Marketing Manager in 2017, where they focused on running successful pay-per-click campaigns. In 2019, they advanced to the role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager, where they coordinated the execution of clients' strategic plans and improved processes to ensure a smooth partnership.

Eunike's career at Crealytics continued to flourish as they became a Senior Customer Success Manager in 2020, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success. Eunike then transitioned to an Associate Director - Customer Success Management role in the same company, overseeing the development of client strategic plans and managing client relationships. Eunike'sresponsibilities also included managing the contractual and negotiation processes.

Eunike's career progression at Crealytics culminated with their appointments as Director of Customer Success and ultimately as Director Project Management, starting in January 2024. In these roles, they have continued to lead and drive successful projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eunike Lie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Business from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, completed in 2012.
