Katarina R. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Cream of the Crop since March 2020, Katarina also operates Katalyst Consulting, a cannabis consulting firm established in January 2018. Previous roles include Executive General Manager at The Micro Buddery and at PSPA, as well as General Manager at Desert's Finest. Katarina co-founded the Young Scholars Association, an initiative aimed at supporting students in the Coachella Valley through mentorship and scholarships, from January 2015 to December 2017.
