Alfredo Sanchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Global Operations and Continuous Improvement Consultant at CREAN® since March 2022, focusing on enhancing competitiveness through continuous improvement and manufacturing projects. Prior to this role, Alfredo worked at Anthony Inc from August 2006 to July 2021 as the Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included project management, capital investment, and strategic planning. Alfredo holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, earned between 1977 and 1981.
