Eric Nguyen

Eric Nguyen has a strong background in corporate development, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Eric currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & M&A at Create Music Group, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's growth and acquisition strategies. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President & General Manager, North America at Audoo, where they played a key role in the company's expansion in the region. Eric has also worked as a Growth Strategy/M&A Advisor at Richter Consulting, Inc. and as a Vice President of M&A at AIP Asset Management, focusing on private equity investments and convertible debt placements. Eric's experience also includes roles at Dataclef/SOCAN and SOCAN, where they served in various strategic and advisory positions, and at KPMG Corporate Finance Inc., where they worked as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst, providing support on M&A transactions and financial analysis.

Eric Nguyen attended Bradley University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Finance. Prior to attending Bradley University, they completed their high school education at Nepean High School.
