KP Reilly is an accomplished music industry professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years. As Head of Music and Co-Creator at DatPiff.com since 2008, KP Reilly manages day-to-day operations including artist relations, marketing, and the execution of digital mixtape releases. In addition, KP Reilly serves as Senior A&R and Label Manager at WorldStar HipHop, where responsibilities include the launch of Worldstar Distribution. KP Reilly's role as M&A Consultant and Music Brand Manager at MediaLab enhances collaboration with multiple brands. Furthermore, KP Reilly is the Executive Producer for the "Checc'n In" Podcast and operates a record label through Create Music Group, overseeing distribution and managing a team of five.
