Iwona Krasoń-Forkasiewicz

Iwona Krasoń-Forkasiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Iwona is currently working at createIT.com as the Chief of HR, a position they started in January 2023. Before that, they were the People and Culture Manager at the same company from June to December 2022.

Prior to their role at createIT.com, Iwona worked as a People Partner at Ars Thanea from August 2021 to May 2022 and at SYZYGY Warsaw from August 2021 to May 2022.

Before these positions, Iwona was a Senior Expert for Recruitment and Potential Assessment at Warta from December 2019 to August 2021. Iwona also owned their own business, SLOW WORK, from January 2019 to April 2020.

Iwona's career began as an HR Assistant for Recruitment at Riada Resourcing from November 2007 to April 2008.

Iwona Krasoń-Forkasiewicz has a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. In addition, they completed the Practitioner COACH Diploma® (PCD®) program at Noble Manhattan Coaching, Instytut Rozwoju Biznesu from 2015 to 2016. Iwona has also obtained certifications as a Facylitatorka Job Craftingu from Job Crafting Polska in June 2023, and as a Practitioner COACH Diploma® (PCD®) from Noble Manhattan Coaching Polska in March 2017.
