Elena Kovtun

Elena Kovtun has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA).

Elena began their career as a Senior Specialist in the Motivation department at JSC "OTP Bank" in 2013. Elena'sresponsibilities included calculating bonus statements, automating processes, testing software, and analyzing the effectiveness of motivation systems. Elena successfully implemented an automated bonus calculation system, reducing calculation mistakes to 0% and improving employee motivation.

In 2015, Elena worked as a Senior specialist in the Individual Business sector at JSC "UkrSibbank", where they remained until 2013.

Elena then transitioned into the field of QA, starting as a Manual QA at StartIT - a training center for QA specialists. Elena gained experience in manual, cross-browser, GUI, and functional testing of websites, as well as defect investigation and reporting.

Elena further developed their QA skills at SMART business, where they worked as a QA Engineer. Elena'sresponsibilities included manual testing of ERP systems, bug tracking and verification, creating test documentation, writing test scripts and manuals, and collaborating with developers and business consultants.

In 2016, Elena joined Terrasoft Ukraine as an Automation QA Engineer, focusing on automation testing.

Currently, they are working at Creatio as a QA Automation Engineer and QA Technical Lead, utilizing their skills and expertise.

Overall, Elena Kovtun has demonstrated a strong background in QA, with experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as skills in bug tracking, test documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Elena Kovtun has a Master's degree in Finance from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE), which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Kremenchuk M. Ostrohradskyi National University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Elena Kovtun also completed the "QA Start" course offered by the "Start IT" Training Centre, obtaining a certification in July 2015.
