Katherine Kostereva

Katherine Kostereva is the CEO and founder of Creatio. Katherine has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and has held various executive positions during their career.

Katherine started their career at IBM in 1998 as a marketing manager. Katherine then moved to Softline in 2000, where they became the head of web development. In November 2002, they joined Terrasoft as the CEO and managing partner. Katherine led the company for 12 years and grew it into a leading global provider of software solutions.

In 2014, Katherine founded Creatio, a company that provides software for businesses of all sizes. Under their leadership, Creatio has become a leading player in the software industry, with over 7,000 customers in more than 80 countries.

Katherine Kostereva is an alumna of Harvard Business School's OPM Executive Education program.
