Victoriia Naboka

Victoriia Naboka has extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Director at Creatio since May 2016. Previous roles at Creatio include Head of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Team Lead, and Senior Recruiter. Victoriia's leadership experience includes serving as the National Director for Development and Opening New Representations of AIESEC in Ukraine and as Local Committee President at AIESEC in Ukraine from July 2013 to June 2015. Earlier, Victoriia held positions such as Vice-President of Project Management & Organizational Development and Team Leader in the "World Without Borders" project at AIESEC in Lugansk. Victoriia holds two Master's degrees from Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, one in Project Management and another in Statistics.
