Vicki Stepherson

Vicki Stepherson, CMP, DES has a diverse range of work experience in the events industry. Vicki currently serves as the Director of Client Services & Events at Creation Agency, where they manage client relationships and oversees event planning and execution. Prior to this role, Vicki was the Director of Event Strategy at the same company. Vicki also worked as a Webinar Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and managing webinars.

Before joining Creation Agency, Vicki worked as an Event Specialist at the City of Orlando. In this role, they organized and managed logistics for various events, both in-person and virtual. Vicki also developed COVID-19 Event Safety Protocol and was involved in event marketing strategies.

Vicki's previous experience includes working as an Event Manager at Willwork Global Event Services, where they managed operations for trade shows across the United States. Vicki was responsible for planning and evaluating logistics, managing teams, and ensuring timely execution of events. Vicki also gained experience as a Wedding Assistant at Blush by Brandee Gaar, an Event Assistant at Flourish Productions, and a Sales Intern at Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Additionally, Vicki worked as a Weekend Manager at Subway and as a Special Events Intern at Memphis Botanic Garden.

Vicki Stepherson, CMP, DES attended the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Event Management. Vicki has also obtained several additional certifications, including Virtual Event and Meeting Management from Event Leadership Institute, Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from Meeting Professionals International in January 2020, Digital Event Strategist from PCMA in 2020, and Virtual Event Institute Professional from Virtual Events Institute - VEI in March 2022.
