Remika Agarwal serves as the Director and Country Head for India at Creation Investments Capital Management, LLC, since January 2020, where leadership includes deal sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, and legal execution for growth-stage financial sector companies in the impact space. As a Board Director for KISSANDHAN AGRI FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and NORTH END FOODS MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, as well as a Board Observer for Vivriti Capital, Remika has notable achievements, including the successful acquisition of Sonata Finance Pvt. Ltd. by Kotak Bank, where significant contributions were made to navigate the deal structure. Prior experience includes Senior Director & Head of Structured Finance & Products Desk at Northern Arc Capital and Vice President at ICRA, specializing in structured finance ratings and complex transaction models. Remika holds an MBA in Finance from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics from St. Xavier's College.
