Steve Busch

Steve Busch, MBA, BSEE has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve started their career as a Software Design Engineer intern at Teradyne in 1982. Steve then worked as a Product Marketing Engineer and later as a Technical Sales Specialist at Teradyne from 1983 to 1986.

In 1987, Steve co-founded Turnkey Test and served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Steve successfully built the company into a global multimillion-dollar organization, providing management consulting and engineering services to the high-tech industry.

In 2015, Steve joined Creation Technologies as the Director of Business Development for the West Region. Steve held this position until 2018 when they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Business Development. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Strategic Accounts before assuming their current role as the Vice President of the Medical Sector in 2022.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and expertise in areas such as operations, organizational strategies, product development, supply chain optimization, and process improvement. Steve has contributed to the success of both start-ups and established companies, and their strategic thinking and customer-centric approach have earned him recognition in the industry.

Steve Busch has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University. Steve also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from California State University - East Bay.
