Brian Ricklin

Brian Ricklin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Brian served as the President of Creative Art Works from January 2023 onwards, bringing extensive experience in strategic development and board management to the organization. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Executive Director of Creative Art Works from 2010 to 2022. Before joining Creative Art Works, they worked as the Principal and President of Real Estate Acumen since September 2008. From 2004 to 2008, Brian was the Senior Director and Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management at Marathon Asset Management, where they focused on managing real estate holdings and operating business interests across multiple countries. Brian'searlier experience includes working as the Managing Director at Strategic Resources Corporation from 1997 to 2004.

Brian Ricklin completed the Real Estate Diploma Program with a focus on Real Estate Investment & Analysis at New York University in 1987-1988. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Rochester, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Brian also attended Newark Academy, although specific dates and degrees earned from there are unknown.
