Barry Reed

Barry Reed is an experienced international development professional with extensive expertise in governance, local government, and decentralization. Currently serving as the Chief of Party for the USAID-funded LCD Project at Creative Associates International, Barry has held several prominent leadership roles, including Chief of Party for USAID programs in Ukraine, Mindanao, Afghanistan, Yemen, Kosovo, and Zimbabwe. Prior roles include Senior Local Governance Advisor at Deloitte Consulting and the Urban Institute, as well as County Manager in Watauga County, North Carolina. Barry Reed holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marshall University.
