Jennifer Shin

Jennifer Shin is a seasoned professional in international development and education, currently serving as Senior Project Director for the USAID/West Bank & Gaza Basic Education Activity at Creative Associates International since March 2024. Previously, Jennifer held multiple key roles at Dexis Consulting Group, including Deputy Director of Operations and Contracts and Grants Manager, overseeing a portfolio of eight funded projects worth $35.5 million. Additional experience includes serving as Technical Manager and Education Specialist for USAID-funded initiatives in South Sudan, as well as managing education and workforce development projects in various countries under USAID agreements at World Learning. Jennifer's early career included teaching mathematics, curriculum development, and managing educational programs in incarcerated settings and abroad. Academic credentials include a Master's in Education from Stanford University, a Master's in Math Education from CUNY, and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Boston University.
