Laura Rey Nivia

Laura Rey Nivia is a dedicated professional with experience in program support and literacy promotion. Since December 2020, Laura has served as a Program Associate in the Communities in Transition Division and held roles as a Senior Program Liaison Specialist and Program Liaison Specialist at Creative Associates International. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Primary Literacy Promoter for the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic from February 2018 to March 2020, where the focus was on engaging teachers, students, and families in literacy initiatives to enhance reading levels. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations with a Concentration in Environment and Development from Boston University, obtained in 2017.
