Sarah Smith holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in English Literature from Sheffield Hallam University and has built extensive experience in recruitment and health care. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Creative Care (East Midlands) Ltd since November 2020, Sarah previously worked with QS Recruitment in various recruitment roles, ultimately becoming a Senior Health and Social Care Recruitment Consultant. Earlier career roles included recruitment and sales positions in companies such as essential recruitment ltd, Forde Recruitment Ltd, and ADT. Additionally, experience as a Nurse Advisor with NHS Direct and a Healthcare Officer at HMP Service has enriched Sarah’s background in patient care and communication. Sarah is recognized for strong organizational and interpersonal skills, paired with a commitment to support and empathy in diverse settings.
