David Coulam

David Coulam has 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at Creative Carpet & Flooring since January 2023. Additionally, David has held the position of Estimator at Yonan Carpet One since May 2018 and worked as an Inspector/Estimator at Lewis Floor & Home from September 1997 to April 2018. With nearly a decade of expertise in managing and estimating for insurance flooring losses, David possesses a comprehensive understanding of the field. David completed education at Streamwood High from 1982 to 1986.
