Kelly Hilliard's work experience includes the following:

- Retail Sales Associate at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. from October 2014 to present.

- Network Operations Center Technician Lead at Georgia State University from September 1983 to June 2013. Responsibilities included monitoring and resolving technical problems, installing and maintaining equipment, and executing digital printing tasks.

- Data Entry at Southern Motor Carriers Rate Conference from September 1982 to August 1983.

Kelly Hilliard's education history begins with their graduation from Southwest Dekalb High School in 1979, where they earned their High School Diploma. Kelly then attended Dekalb Community College from 1980 to 1982, obtaining an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Data Processing Technology. In 1983 and 1984, they attended Georgia State University, studying Information Technology.

Aside from their formal education, Kelly Hilliard also holds additional certifications. In 2000, they obtained the ENA certification from Extreme Networks. In 2011, they became a QualysGuard Certified Specialist - Vulnerability Management from QualysGuard.
