Ron Osher has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ron started their career as an Operations Research Analyst at RCA David Sarnoff Research Center in 1980. Ron then worked as a Business Systems & Analysis at RCA Videodisc from 1981 to 1984. Ron then joined RCA Records (BMG Music) in 1984 as a VP Finance, where they played a crucial role in building a new finance organization and achieving decentralization.

In 2000, Ron became the VP Operations at Miavita, overseeing operations for a startup B-to-B Internet wellness service company. Ron was responsible for building e-commerce capabilities and establishing a call center.

From 2002 to 2018, Ron worked at Melissa & Doug, LLC as the Head of Operations and Technology. During their tenure, they successfully implemented a drop ship program and expanded the physical distribution network, resulting in increased revenue and reduced freight spend.

Currently, Ron is the SVP Operations and IT at Creative Co-Op, Inc. Since joining in 2018, they have made significant improvements to the underperforming distribution operation, including doubling the throughput and launching a new Warehouse Management System. Ron also renegotiated carrier contracts and navigated a supply chain crisis, resulting in cost savings and improved service levels. Overall, Ron's work experience showcases their expertise in operations, finance, and strategic planning across various industries.

Ron Osher completed their Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance at The Wharton School from 1976 to 1979. Ron then pursued further education at The Wharton School again and obtained a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from 1979 to 1980.
