Creative Egyptian Biotechnologists
Basmala Ahmed Elsayed is a Junior Research Associate at Creative Egyptian Biotechnologists since March 2023 and a member of Pharaohs CU since September 2020. Basmala has gained diverse experience as a Wet Lab member at the iGEM Competition between April and October 2022 and has completed multiple training programs, including advanced molecular biology techniques at the Veterinary Hospital of the Armed Forces and basics of virology and immunology at the National Cancer Institute. Basmala holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology and Biomolecular Chemistry from Cairo University, where studies were conducted from September 2017 to July 2021.
