Chris Olmsted

Chris Olmsted serves as the Director of Development - US West at Creative Energy since May 2023, focusing on low-carbon district energy systems and fostering collaboration among various stakeholders in the western United States. Prior to this, Chris held multiple roles at UMC from October 2019 to May 2023, including Life Science Market Lead and Sales Manager for the Facility Services Group, enhancing the company's strategy and achieving significant growth. Chris's experience also includes roles at ATS Automation, Inc., Trane, and the Alliance to Save Energy, where project development, energy analysis, and sustainability education were key responsibilities. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University and a Professional Certificate in Biotechnology and Life Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
