Samson Tam

Samson Tam is a highly experienced professional in the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Development at Creative Energy since January 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with developers and institutional clients to meet low carbon goals, financial modeling, strategic business development, and marketing. Prior to this role, Samson held positions such as Associate Principal at Introba and Lecturer in the School of Energy at British Columbia Institute of Technology. Samson's engineering background includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at WSP in Canada and Arup, as well as earlier positions as an Engineering Designer and Junior System Designer. Samson holds an MBA from UBC Sauder School of Business, an EMBA Exchange from the University of Oxford, and a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, graduating with distinction.
