Thomas Kopacz

Thomas Kopacz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, project management, and quality management. Currently serving as Regional Account Manager for the Midwest at North American Specialty Laminations since February 2024, Thomas has previously held significant roles including North Central Territory Sales Manager at Quanex Building Products Corporation and Plant Director at Advantek. Additional experience includes positions at HB Fuller, Andersen Corporation, Kohler Company, Weather Shield Windows and Doors, and Deceuninck, where Thomas led product development, project management, and quality assurance initiatives. Thomas holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and has earned several certifications in quality and Lean methodologies.
