Jayson Decandia

Jayson DeCandia is an experienced financial advisor with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Financial Advisor at Creative Financial Group since January 2008, Jayson previously held various roles at MetLife Premier Client Group of NJ, including Financial Adviser and Registered Representative of New England Securities, Registered Principal, and Senior Case Manager. Prior to MetLife, Jayson worked as a Senior Case Manager in a Broker Dealer Associate position, and briefly as a Financial Adviser at Creative Financial Strategies, part of the MassMutual Financial Group. Jayson began professional training as an intern at Health Institute of New Jersey. Jayson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, following attendance at Widener University.
