JZ Konrad

Konrad has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. JZ started their career at San Diego State University as an Associate Director, managing business services for the university. JZ then moved on to IKON as an Operations Manager and later worked at Kaye-Smith as a Regional Sales Manager. In 2009, they founded Ready, Sit, Hike!, a website catering to dog lovers. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the CEO of On the Go Technologies, focusing on mobile app development. JZ then worked as a Strategic Marketing Consultant at PIP Marketing/Signs/Print for almost a decade. In 2017, they founded their own company, Konrad Krates. Most recently, they have been working as a Visionary and Entrepreneur at Creative Fulfillment, Inc, specializing in subscription boxes.
