Scott Bocketti has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Scott started their career at W.W. Grainger as a Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate, where they quickly progressed to positions such as Customer Service Phone Representative and Customer Service Counter Representative. In these roles, they handled customer inquiries, processed orders, and provided assistance and solutions to customers.

At W.W. Grainger, Scott also served as an Inside Sales Representative, working closely with major New York State purchasing departments and submitting bids for maintenance and construction materials. Additionally, they took on the role of SAP Trainer, responsible for training employees on the company's new CRM software, SAP.
