Ayham Housain has extensive experience in information technology and business development, currently serving as Technical Lead IT at Creative Media Authority since March 2024, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Ayham was the Director of Business Development at WhatsBOT, where efforts were concentrated on integrating chatbots to enhance business growth. As the IT Director at TAQEEF from November 2016 to May 2022, Ayham provided strategic leadership for IT initiatives and served as a key communication link between management and staff. Early career roles included Senior Manager of IT and Human Resources at ELAPCO, establishing IT departments, and managing operations across multiple regions. Ayham has also held various engineering roles, starting as a Field Engineer and progressing to Network Administrator. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Damascus University and an MBA in Marketing from an international university.
