MacKenzie Keever

Mackenzie Keever currently serves as the Head of Contracts Division for Creative People since October 2021, overseeing the recruitment of top contract and freelance talent in marketing and operations. Previously, Mackenzie held multiple roles at 24 Seven Talent from March 2018 to October 2021, culminating in the position of Director of Recruiting, where management of a team and individual contributions to hiring strategy were key responsibilities. Mackenzie's earlier career includes positions such as Business Development Manager at The Wine Outlet and Student Recruiter at The Art Institutes. Throughout the career, Mackenzie has consistently achieved recognition for outstanding performance, including multiple President's Club awards. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University, earned in 2014.
